  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 33 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 Tablespoons salted butter
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 Tablespoon corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup blackberry filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry filling: Cook blackberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, and warm water until thickened.
  2. Activate yeast: Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let it froth.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: Whisk together milk, melted butter, yogurt, egg, and activated yeast in a bowl.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pudding mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon before adding to wet ingredients.
  5. Knead dough: Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
  6. First rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl to rise until doubled in size.
  7. Roll out dough: Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a rectangle.
