8 medium bananas, sliced

6 tablespoons dark rum

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar (for topping)

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup cold salted butter, cubed

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish with melted butter.
In a skillet, melt the remaining butter with heavy cream, corn syrup, and brown sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in rum and vanilla before tossing in sliced bananas.
Pour the banana mixture into the prepared baking dish.
