Ingredients
- 5 medium apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a non-stick skillet, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, water, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened and apples are tender.
