- 1–½ cups fresh apple cider
- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar
- Olive oil
- Sour cream
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Ground cinnamon
- Allspice
- All-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F; prepare a 9” square baking dish.
