- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cups fresh apple cider
- 3 bricks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Boil apple cider with mulling spices until reduced to 1/3 cup.
