- ⅓ cup apple butter
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- For coating: 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions

- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
