  • 2 lbs Russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
