- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted and hot)
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (or a splash of white wine vinegar)
- 2 Tbsp chives (thinly sliced, plus more for serving)
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill (finely chopped)
