  • 4 large whole wheat wraps
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add shredded chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  3. Prepare fresh veggies: chop cucumbers and tomatoes; slice red onion.
  4. Lay each wrap flat; spread yogurt sauce down the center. Add seasoned chicken and top with veggies and feta cheese.
  5. Fold in sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired.
