  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced (for sauce)
  • 4 ounces shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 6 ounces shredded Havarti cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Fresh thyme
  • Butter
  • Olive oil

Instructions
