- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
