  • 1215 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
