Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla.
  5. Gradually mix in sour cream until smooth.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  7. Prepare the swirl mixture by combining brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  8. Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with half the swirl mixture, then add remaining batter and top with remaining swirl mixture; use a knife to create swirls.
  9. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
