  3. Divide dough into four pieces; roll each into a thin circle. Brush with sesame oil, sprinkle scallions and salt.
  4. Roll each circle into a tight log, coil into a spiral, then flatten gently and roll out again into thin pancakes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat; fry each pancake for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
