  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 45 pieces Bazooka Bubblegum
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 23 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl until dissolved; set aside.
  2. Blend Bazooka Bubblegum, whole milk, and heavy cream in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan; add sugar and salt. Heat over medium-high until simmering.
  4. Reduce heat to low; whisk in the cornstarch slurry until thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
  5. Cool the mixture in an ice bath using a Ziploc bag.
  6. Strain the cooled mixture through cheesecloth several times to remove solids.
  7. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to instructions until soft-serve consistency.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
