  • 1 3/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Salted Butter – Melted
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 3/4 Cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp Banana Liqueur
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 3 Bananas – Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts – Chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter; press into serving glasses or an 8-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk instant banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Combine with the pudding mixture.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet; add dark brown sugar, banana liqueur, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir in sliced bananas and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Layer the cooled crust with half the pudding mixture followed by sliced bananas and warm Banana's Foster topping. Repeat layers.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving; garnish with chopped walnuts.
