- 1 3/4 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter – Melted
- 1 package instant banana pudding mix
- 1 3/4 Cups cold milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Banana Liqueur
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 3 Bananas – Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts – Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, white sugar, and melted butter; press into serving glasses or an 8-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In a bowl, whisk instant banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Combine with the pudding mixture.
- Melt butter in a skillet; add dark brown sugar, banana liqueur, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir in sliced bananas and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Layer the cooled crust with half the pudding mixture followed by sliced bananas and warm Banana's Foster topping. Repeat layers.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving; garnish with chopped walnuts.
